Delivery Rates

To ensure you always pay a fair price for delivery you will be presented with exact shipping rates in the checkout, based upon the items you order and your delivery address. All packages are sent through NZ Post.

Checkout has all the delivery options currently available including our standard nationwide rate of $6.99, which does not include rural addresses. Rural deliveries come at an extra cost listed currently at $8.99 North Island and $9.99 South Island.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your package to arrive before contacting us. Although we strive to have them arrive in 2-5 working days with public holidays and weekends this can take longer depending on the shipping option and payment option you chose.

We strive to complete all orders as soon as we can.

 

P.O. Boxes

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box address is given by mistake we will contact you and this may cause a delay with the delivery of your package.

 

International Delivery

We don't currently ship internationally.
